Following high school, Jodi Caroline attended The University of Alabama, where she became a member of the Kappa Delta sorority and discovered her passion for real estate while working at local title companies. Her experiences during college laid the foundation for her future career, blending a strong academic background with practical industry exposure. She graduated with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Art History—skills that have proven invaluable in setting her apart in a competitive market through strategic communication, relationship building, and organic community engagement.
Being a Tuscaloosa native, Jodi Caroline offers unmatched knowledge of the area and its surrounding neighborhoods. Before launching her professional real estate career, she trained under a highly respected and seasoned agent in her office, gaining hands-on experience and learning the keys to success in the industry.
Jodi Caroline earned her real estate license in 2022 and has been thriving in the field ever since. She is an active member of the Tuscaloosa Association of REALTORS®, where she proudly serves on both the ARPAC Committee and the Governmental Affairs Committee. In 2025, Jodi Caroline married her husband, Will Falls, and the couple resides in Tuscaloosa with their beloved dog, who is very much a part of the family. Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, exploring local restaurants, and cheering on Alabama football.
